"In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing. Also so thankful for the shuttle bus, although not easy to find section G at the airport. No signs on the inside. We were quike a group of confused people worried we were waiting in the wrong spot. "

"Breakfast was very good. The location was far from Barcelona touristic points, however it was close to metro, train and trolley station that communicate with all points. Just need time to move. Staff at hotel was very friendly and facility was very good"

"Honestly, not worth the price. Con’s: First of all we booked our stay for the middle/end of March, and the hotel had the heat on full blast. When we asked about being able to change our room tempt, they told us the hotel was in winter mode and there was nothing they could do for us. the window opens 4 inches… and that was their solution. Secondly, the shower is not cleaned, at all. Perhaps they assume the tile will hide the dirt and customers won’t see but the scum and filament in the shower is disgusting. Finally, the walls are paper thin and we heard both room neighbors all night long. Pro’s: A 3 min walk down the hill gets you to a metro/bus station that leads into the city (have to transfer 1 or 2 time) the surrounding area is nice, clean and feels safe at night. "

"Room: very outdated, it was generally clean but some things were dirty. Staff: difficult to communicate with. The receptionist watched me sit at the tapas bar for a long time after I had said I wanted to go to the restaurant which was in a different place. Then the waiter in the restaurant spoke zero English, literally zero. He ended up bringing me something with meat in it even though I had tried to communicate I don’t eat it. Location: not at all central. It’s doable as the station is not very far away."

"Beautiful apartment, nice calm location just outside the centre, they just need to fix the air conditioning, other than that it was great, easy self check-in and check out, hassle free, highly recommended "
