Stayed here with 3 families with young kids. Place was clean and spacious an enough for 12 ppl. Communication with the host wasn’t that great. The first night, we kept trying to turn on the lights in the backyard / pool area and I contacted host regarding it and they didn’t get back to me until later. There are no clear directions on how to switch from pool to spa and when I asked for directions I was told not to touch the control panel. But during our communication they said we would be able to control heat on pool and spa. I became quite frustrated chatting with the host so I tried calling the number they listed if we needed anything but the phone number was not working and unavailable. The kids had fun but it was frustrating for us adults trying to keep our young kids warm during night swimming. After the 2nd night- they told us in order to turn on the lights in the backyard we would need to tell them so they can turn it on remotely!! Which is not ideal. I asked to turn it on from 6pm-12am, it was turned on by 10pm. Communication wasn’t the best. They got back to me in a few hours. We stay in plenty vrbo’s and had never had a problem contacting the host for any of our needs. Stay here if you don’t need pool heating or a spa. Controls are confusing and they never gave clear directions how to use it. We paid 300 for pool and spa heating for 2 nights and it was a headache to make sure the kids weren’t freezing during their swim.
