FAQ

Pets:
We’re sorry, but pets are not permitted at this property. While we love our furry friends, we strive to maintain an allergy-friendly and meticulously clean environment for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Parking:
There is enough parking for 3 vehicles on the property. Two can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day. NO overnight parking on the street is allowed. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed.

Landscaping:
The HOA will take care of the property on Thursday.

Pool:
The depth of the pool is 3/12 ft with a sun ledge up to 6ft.
Spa heat is complimentary
A nightly fee for pool heat is $75.00 to heat the pool to 84 degrees between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

How often is the pool cleaned?
The pool is cleaned 2x per week on Mondays and Thursdays.

BBQ & Outdoor Dining
Yes, a gas BBQ is available for guest use and is located just outside the kitchen. There is also an outdoor dining area—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with a view.

Fire Pit
Yes, a fire pit is available on the patio for cozy evenings. Please use it responsibly and with safety in mind.

On the Golf Course
Casa Del Sol is located on the golf course, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Occasionally, a stray golf ball may land on the property. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by golf course activity.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We’re happy to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests based on availability. Please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Additional fees may apply depending on the time requested.

Child Safety
Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. Door alarms are installed to provide a layer of security and alert you to any unauthorized access to the pool area.

Noise Ordinance
The City of Indio enforces a strict noise ordinance:
* Sunday–Thursday: Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
* Friday–Saturday: Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please be respectful of neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents. Excessive daytime noise should also be avoided. Violation may result in a warning and termination of your stay
