Free parking is available on the premises. For those flying in, Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Consider ride-sharing services for convenient transportation around Indio and the surrounding areas.

Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); Hot tub heating is free.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



Parking for up to four in the driveway or garage; street parking is prohibited (fines up to $750).



Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability



Early check-in is unavailable during peak festival weekends.
