This is so far is the worst hotel I been in the staff is super rude and not helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and I had another 3 nights booked and cancelled the reservation but they refused to refund my money. They still owe me $346 and every time I try to call them they hang up on me. I will be filing a lawsuit soon for stealing my refund

Nice place to stay
This is an older building but the staff has done an excellent job at keeping it going. The place is clean, quiet. They go out of their way to help you. Friendly and always a smile and greeting. We only stay a night and only once a year but this is the second time we have stayed here and are looking forward to more.

Think twice
This is not a place I’d recommend for anything longer than 24 hours, and even that is a stretch. We travel with our service animal and this was the first time I was ordered to email the hotel our documents regarding verification of service animal after showing our identification. The room was clean enough. The bed was lumpy and room was ice cold upon arrival, it finally warmed up 6 hours after being in room. The window unit control was loud, but at 3 am it went to a super sonic clunking loud and kept us awake for the remainder of our stay. Shower was clean, bathroom vents clean, but no one had swept the floorboards in bathroom in quite a while. We told management about our stay and they did nothing to accommodate. Breakfast was barely existent and looked worse than a can of dog food. Needless to say, we didn’t have any. I don’t think we’ll choose this location again

Property was poorly maintained and the room was musty and dirty. There was some mystery “goo” in one of the drawers, the lamp shades were dirty, and the curtains stank. Visible mold in AC unit. the room was nice and we did like it but my boyfriend sat in one of the chairs and got 3 huge big bites on him. no idea what from. still have not gone away and one of them is very bruised. when we arrived we also got asked if we would switch our king bed to two single beds. which we politely declined because we paid for a king sized bed. other than that was a decent experience. the breakfast provided was good.

Only two stories, but you still need an elevator. Climbing stairs for the elderly is hard even only one flight. Hallway carpeting was filthy and worn out. Side entrance door was broken and unlocked. The positives - the free breakfast, clean sheets & pillows, and parking. We were in town for a concert and there was a shuttle that picked up at the hotel. The negative - the shower and tub were absolutely disgusting. It had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time. Soap scum, stains, and a couple of moldy spots. Also, the grout from the floor stained the towels. Despite having an air conditioner, the room was humid too. Not the best experience and will probably look elsewhere next time I'm in town. Especially since the price was DOUBLED for a concert weekend.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

This property was very deteriorated and in need of safety features. I asked to move rooms due to our deadbolt being unscrewed from the wall. Our new room, the deadbolt was broke in two. The lamp shades in our room were ripped and torn. The chairs in the lobby were visibly dirty and it looked like someone had sat I them for years. The cushions all sunk in the middle, as did our beds. The front desk employees were very kind and tried to help us but it was clear this was out of their control.

The gentleman who worked the breakfast area each morning did a great job. Also the manager on duty at check out on 7/16 was very helpful
