Getting Around:

The Near Northside is a thriving, inclusive community that draws young professionals, medical workers, students, artists, and long-time locals alike. The neighborhood is compact, leafy, and easily navigated on foot or by bike, with grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and cultural attractions just a few blocks away.

- A property damage protection fee is included. Any damages exceeding these limits or excluded from the policy are the guest's responsibility. The damage protection fee includes coverage for the first 30 nights of your stay. For stays longer than 30 nights, an additional $69 damage protection fee will be charged for every additional 30-night period.

-The primary guest must complete the check-in form in the Guest Portal before check-in to receive property access info.
