Bed BUGS! I checked in at this hotel and my room was on the third floor. I stopped for some sleep after a long 7 hour drive with my small children. As soon as I walked into the room I noticed all the lights were on and I thought that was odd. After about an hour of getting settled and finally laying down I turned the lights off and laid on the pillow and wrapped my arm around it, within a few minutes I feel a slight bite or itch. I shined my phone screen and saw a dark brown dot. I moved quickly and looked again and there was nothing there so I turned on my phone light and saw what at first looked like a tiny tick but it moved super fast and crawled into the pillow case which is when I realized it was a BED BUG!! I quickly called the front desk, the employee apologized and offered me another room. I packed up got my children and declined the room, he understood and said I would receive a full refund.
The next day I called to speak to a manager and there was not a manager available and was told a manager would contact me later that day or on Monday. Monday came and no call. I called again and spoke to a manager Anthony. He had no apology and no reason why he hadn't called me. There was no intention to refund or fix the bed bug problem as there are other reviews about bed bugs on the same floor are reported. The management here does not care. Over a week later and still no resolution or contact from management. Don't risk your health here!
