nicht das Geld wert.
das ganze hotel ist mit bildern von künstlern vergangene tage regelrecht gepflastert. es gibt einen pool und in der lobby einen "wasserfall" aber sorry leute... das ist mehr schein als sein. ich bin schon sehr viel unterwegs gewesen... aber so ein "frühstück" habe ich noch nie erlebt. wenn man das überhaupt frühstück nennen darf. eine absolute frechheit

Our first day at this place was a nightmare. Our keys kept “demagnetizing” and the front desk was really condescending saying that we were using them wrong. At some point there was a parrot squalking from 4-6 AM... We would have asked for our money back however the entire city was booked completely out. We watched the front desk clerk hang up on numerous people saying”they’ll just keep calling back.” There was a young woman who worked the afternoon shift who actually had customer service who was a delight to deal with every few hours when our room keys stopped working. Lastly, our bed spread was stained. I had to request fresh bedding and for the price of this “resort” that’s absolutely unacceptable. We won’t be returning in the future.

The bed was super comfy. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Only complaint was the tiny tv and electrical outlets are hard to access or don’t work. Had to put the coffee maker in the bathroom to access a usable plug. We’d definitely come back. Loved all the Lucy and Dezi pictures on the walls!!

This hotel’s listing on Expedia is grossly misleading. We booked 3 rooms for our employees. After booking, we learned that our employees were being charged a $450 deposit per room, not disclosed on Expedia, that they had to pay themselves, which is outrageous, and $20 a night for parking that is supposed to be “optional.” Since there is no place to park within about 1/2 mile of the hotel, it is not really “optional.” This hotel should be thrown out of Expedia.

Very thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Hotel/resort is a bit rundown compared to the competitors in the area. Price is pretty expensive for what you are getting.

On May 7th, I had a deeply troubling experience at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel. Arriving around 7 pm, I was informed by the front desk that the king bed room I had booked and prepaid for was unavailable, offering me only a small double bed instead. When I requested to speak to a manager, David Weinberg approached me with rudeness, confirming that no room was available for me despite my booking. Upon questioning what could be done to rectify the situation, Mr. Weinberg suggested that my reservation could simply be canceled, allowing me to find accommodations elsewhere. His demeanor turned threatening when I probed further, culminating in him making derogatory remarks, explicitly calling me a "f***** Mexican," and threatening to call the sheriff to have me removed for trespassing. Feeling cornered and without other lodging options, I had to swallow my pride and accept the double bed room he reluctantly offered back after initially canceling my reservation. Throughout this exchange, Mr. Weinberg warned that any further complaints from me would result in losing even this inadequate accommodation. This incident left me humiliated and distressed, forcing me to remain in an unwelcoming environment due to a lack of alternatives. It was only after two days that I gathered the courage to report this unacceptable treatment. This experience at Indian Wells Resort Hotel was not only disappointing but deeply offensive.

Had a great stay. No complaints. The service was great. Arrived early and was able to get a room before check in. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. Plenty of parking. The pool was on the smaller side but clean. The location of the hotel was in a fantastic area. Overall, had a great stay. I would stay again.

Do not stay here. Hidden fees!!! They do not come off! Staff lies and tells you they will fall off. They don't! It's weird, not in a good way. It's dirty, has bugs, and we.

We’ve stayed at the Indian Wells Resort a number of times over many years and have enjoyed staying at this hotel. However, the cleanliness and upkeep have declined over the last couple of years. Last week, we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and the pool deck was not cleaned during our stay as the same trash and debris were there all three days. In addition, we found cockroaches in our room. We made the staff aware of this issue and they were apologetic and did offer us to move rooms. Also, we tried to order drinks from their menu and were told that they didn’t have a blender to make the drinks. We’re disappointed because we’ve loved staying here over the years but based on our last experience we are hesitant to return to the Indian Wells Resort!!
