Beach Club is a quaint little community only half a mile from the beach.

This is a fully-furnished condo with all amenities available for your stay.

The condo was fully remodeled less than a year ago with:
-Brand new appliances
-New furniture
-New porcelain flooring
-Granite countertops
-New front door with added security system

The Space:
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and extra linens. Bedroom walk-in closet is spacious enough to store your luggage.
There is also a dresser and a night stand for extra storage.

The kitchen is equipped with utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses, toaster and coffee maker.

Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, set of bath towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles available to use as you need.

Washer and Dryer are right in the condo! No need to walk to the clubhouse.

WiFi:
Wi-Fi password provided after check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything in the condo, including balcony space.
Guests also have full access to The community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym. Accessed via fob - included with condo keys.

Beach Club Condos are conveniently located on Eau Gallie beachside - only 0.5 miles from the ocean!

Within a short walk you’ll find many restaurants: Texas Roadhouse, ThaiThai (local favorite), Melbourne Seafood Station (best seafood around!), Senor Locos Mexican food, Subway, and best of all Starbucks is also right across the street!

Also, within walking distance is Walmart, Publix, WinnDixie, and Bealls.
