Diese Gemeinschaft ist auf Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, eingebettet zwischen der Stadt Indian Harbour Beach und Indialantic. Sie werden sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage am Strand etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten Strand.

Direkt gegenüber der Straße ist mein Lieblingsrestaurant Ort: Corey Bagel. Ihre Lox und Bagel ist das Wasser im Munde köstlich. Einige andere lokale Stellen Sie können genießen sind

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir haben uns in diesem hübsch gestalteten Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gefreut, dass vom Shampoo bis zum Waschmittel alles vorhanden war. Vielen Dank dafür! Great Job! Das Condo liegt nah zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Eau Galley Blvd. und war für uns idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge.

1980's Condo

The condo is a 1980’s condo with very little updates. There were so many issues: Kitchen is old, no hot water (this was fixed), couldn’t move the faucet, old appliances except for the micro, tile and awful grout, old tile floor and the dryer you can’t get into, it needs to be moved to the right side of the washing machine. The living room was ok, however the blinds were messed up. It has a nice TV. There are laminate floors in the living room and both bedrooms. Master bedroom: UGH the mattress you sink into, bad for your back. There are 8 hangers in each closet. Master bathroom: the shower is new, the shower curtain kept coming out of the shower, the shower needs glass, towel bars and a grab bar, the vanity is cracked. The bathroom rugs are awful, 2’ X 1’ no rubber backing. Second bedroom: the sheets and pillowcases are extremely pilled (Walmart), both lamp shades are broken, and one lamp doesn’t work. Second bathroom: This was the worst, the shower dripped the entire time we were there, we had to put towels in the shower so we could sleep. Vanity is cracked, the floors are old tile and some missing near the door. Mirrors are very old and have lost their mirror in places. The bathroom towels are like thin sandpaper (Walmart). The wine was a nice touch, however we had to purchase a corkscrew and tissues. The unit is old & worn. It needs major updates. I saved the best for last…our unit was entered without our knowledge or being notified while we were not there, not acceptable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 10-day stay at the condo. The space was perfect for us, bright, comfortable, and with plenty of room. One of my favorite features was the patio area; it was the ideal spot for my morning coffee, and I appreciated the sense of privacy created by the bushes surrounding the patio. The location was also fantastic. I rented a bike for the a week and biked to the grocery stores, did some shopping and of course, headed to the beach. We also truly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by Pedro and Laura—it made our outings so much more enjoyable. The pool was great as well, to be able to cool off in, grab some sun and read my book. Everybody at the condo was very friendly. The area was quiet. One night, my husband and I headed to the beach to watch one of the rocket launches, which, if you haven’t seen before, it was amazing to see such a site and against the water. There were a few maintenance issues, and upgrades that could be done to improve the condo condition, but nothing that did not hinder our enjoyment of the place. I would totally rent from Pedro and Laura again.

Great condo

The condo is easy to find with plenty of parking close to the unit. Well furnished and clean. Complex was nice and quiet and close to pretty much everything. The 1 min walk to the great pool and hot and the gym on site was nice. 5 min walk to Coaster’s pub and 10 min walk to the beach/dog beach.

A Few Days in Florida

My two sisters and I visited our 94 year old uncle who lives around the corner from the rental! The place could not have been more perfect! It was amazingly comfortable, we even hosted my uncle for dinner! Situated on a major thoroughfare near every possible store you might need yet the rental was perfectly quiet at all hours.

We loved our stay at the Egret!

The Egret two bedroom condo was the perfect accommodation choice and location for us as we were there to drop a child off at College. It was within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches and only a short drive to the College. The condo had everything we needed to ensure our stay was extremely comfortable and we would definitely look at staying there again if we come back and visit!

Weekend getaway

Condominium was very clean, cute & cozy, and It did not disappoint! Made for a perfect weekend getaway to just relax. The complimentary bottle of wine and cookies was a nice gesture. Thank you 😊 Ground floor condo made it easy access to the car . Location was ideal: Just minutes from Walmart, Winn Dixie , Publix restaurants, & the beautiful beaches. Communication with host could not have been better. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing i would recommend is new ceiling fans in the bedrooms due to the noise if turned above low setting, and a tv in second bedroom as well would be nice. We do plan to return and look forward to booking this condo again.

The condo was clean and had the basics needed for cooking/kitchen. The owners were communicative. The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The location was good and close to restaurants and groceries. It does; however, need an update as the appliances, faucets, etc were outdated. One downside is the air conditioner was not able to keep the place cool and it was hard to sleep at night. I did not get much sleep during our 2 night stay. Also, both bedroom ceiling fans need to be replaced or balanced as they both made noises while running making it even more frustrating and difficult to sleep comfortably. The pool closes at dusk and the security guard will make sure you are out of the pool area promptly at dusk. It is unfortunate the pool closes so early since some people enjoy swimming in the evening when the sun isn’t so intense. The beach equipment may need replacing soon as one umbrella is broken and there are only 2 beach towels provided total, not each room. Hope this review is helpful.

Property was very nice. Having a bathroom near each bedroom was very convenient. Property was a short drive to the beach and we were very pleased with the beach items that were available for our use. The communication from the host was very helpful, very quick, and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and found the property to be all we needed for a great long weekend in Melbourne.

Cozy apartment in a clean condo complex. This unit is on the ground floor with very easy access to the parking lot and pool. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the washer and dryer was a plus! It is located on a main thoroughfare but there was no discernible traffic noise.
