Overall good experience with some remarks: Room was apparently freshly renovated, but for some reason the carpet had stains, the balcony door was very hard to open, the shower had scratches etc The staff was very friendly and accommodating! But they failed to inform on the contamination of the ocean water at arrival. This is an absolute safety concern for me! Guests may be swimming in sewage water and will bring bacteria to the hotel pool and rooms!

Zustand/abnutzung/ sauberkeit nicht so klasse. Wirkt auf den ersten blick wie eine moderne jugendherberge. Vor dem aufzug türmt sich der müll. Zimmer werden erst bei aufenthalten ab 5 tagen gemacht. Personal teilweise semimotiviert/reserviert. Aber das ist bei der sensationellen lage auch alles nicht so wichtig. Zimmer sind riesig und mit balkon zum meer. Super schön!

Sehr schöne große Suiten!!!!!! Man hat viel Platz, alles da. Toller Roomservice. Sauber, Man bekommt alles, was man für den Strand braucht!!!! Super Lage, direkt am Strand!!!!! Sehr nettes Personal. Super Frühstück im Restaurant. Das Restaurant hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Am Strand kann man sehr weit laufen!!!! Leider war das Schlafsofa für unsere Tochter nicht vorbereitet als wir ankamen. Wir hatten mit seitlichen oder eingeschränkten Meerblick gebucht, leider sahen wir das Meer vom Zimmer bzw. von der Terrasse aus nicht! Leider gab es von den 4 Fahrrädern nur zwei zur Verfügung, wir hätten drei benötigt! Aber wir können das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen 😉

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Leider gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet, wir konnten von der Karte ein Menu und ein Getränk aussuchen. Den 2. Kaffee mussten wir bezahlen, dies fanden wir etwas kleinlich. Hotel ist sehr ringhörig.

Sehr schöne Location, aber leider nach einer relativ kurzen Zeit ziemlich heruntergekommen. Hatten wir so nicht erwartet, für ein Hotel was gerade drei Jahre alt ist. Hotelausstattung war aber soweit gut. schöne Roof Terrasse.

Wir haben das Hotel im vergangenen Jahr renoviert und Projekte wie einen kompletten HVAC-Ersatz und die Ersetzung aller Gästezimmer-Etagen vernachlässigt. Wir bohren jetzt zu kleineren Details, um das Eigentum wieder neu zu machen. Wir hoffen, dass Sie zurückkommen können, um unseren Fortschritt zu sehen.

geniale lage am strand
Wir sind aus Las Vegas für 5 Tage nach San Diego geflogen. Das Hotel hat einen warmen Pool und einen Wirlpool. Der Blick auf Coronado vom Strand ist wunderbar. In ca. 20 km Entfernung befindet sich die mex. Grenze. Man kann Mexiko sehen. Sehr empfehlenswert auch wenn das Hotel 15 km von Downtown / Flughafen entfernt ist.

Tolles Hotel mit direkter Strandlage
Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und es war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten eine Suite an der Meerseite, welche sehr groß war und einen traumhaften Ausblick bot. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und abends gab es auf der Dachterrasse für eine Stunde kostenlos Bier und Wein sowie Appetizers. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Hotel direkt am Pazifik-Strand
Super Hotel, direkt am Strand und ca. 200m vom Pier entfernt. Valet - parken am Hotel für 25$, haben wir nur einmal gemacht, da immer Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden waren. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kingsizebett und Schlafsofa. Da dieses nicht funktionierte bekam unser Sohn kurzerhand ein Einzelzimmer. Auch am nächsten Tag war das Problem nicht behoben, weshalb wir alle in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln mußten. Das war erstmal nicht so schön. Da das neue Zimmer sich aber in der obersten Etage befand, hatten wir einen noch schöneren Blick auf das Meer. Außerdem bekamen wir eine Erstattung von 25% für 2 Tage auf den gebuchten Zimmerpreis. Damit waren die Unannehmlichkeiten so gut wie vergessen. Auch die Umgebung des Hotels war für uns perfekt: viele Restaurants und Liquorstore in direkter Nähe. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Nicely located in gorgeous imperial beach. But in my overpriced for what it is. Have definetely stayed at better Autograph Collection Hotels such as the The Triada Palm Springs

Modernes Hotel direkt am Strand
Imperial Beach liegt ca. 10 Meilen südlich von San Diego und ist ein Surfer-Paradies. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war groß, der Balkon verglast, so dass man vom Bett aus auf das Meer schauen konnte. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels während unserer Reise gab es nur eine Kaffemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, keine sonst. Küchenausstattung (was wir aber nicht so stark vermisst haben). In der Umgebung gibt es einige Lokale und Snack- Möglichkeiten, das Hotel verfügt auch über ein eigenes Restaurant, bei dem wir einmal gut gegessen haben. Ansonsten ist abends wenig geboten, man muss nach San Diego hineinfahren. Für das valet-Parken verlangt man 24$ am Tag, was ich unangemessen finde. Daher habe ich das Auto an der Straße geparkt (Anfang Oktober waren genügend freie Plätze vorhanden). Fazit: Wir haben das Hotel zum Abschluß unserer USA Reise zur Erholung gebucht und können dieses weiterempfehlen !

Schönes Hotel aber etwas weit weg von Restaurants,
Zimmer war leider noch nicht bereit beim Checkin. Zimmer selbst sind sehr schön (neu und großzügig gestaltet ) Über 24 Dollar pro Tag fürs parken ist teuer und beim Zimmerpreis nicht mit drin wie in den USA üblich. Falls man nicht im Hotel essen will was ja durchaus bei mehreren Übernachtungen mal vorkommt: mindestens 10 Meilen bis zu den nächsten vernünftigen Restaurants einkalkulieren.

It felt safe, everyone in the area not just staff made you feel welcomed! Our room was very clean it felt like a high end hotel at a decent price. I did not like that you were able to hear people on the room above and adjacent. It wasn’t too bad but able to hear them when sleeping was the only complaint I have. It happened maybe 5 or 6 times during our 24 hour stay. Otherwise it was good. I would stay here again.

Right on the beach with ocean views. Staff was friendly and helpful. No boardwalk right in front of the building so you could listen to the waves crashing while in your room. Room service wasn’t terribly expensive and was also quick. We will be going back.

Donnell is the most kind, thoughtful, helpful employee I’ve ever met in the hotel business. This hotel is so clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and newly decorated. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach. I loved it!

If you are looking at staying ON THE BEACH, this is a hotel that will not disappoint. Unfortunately there were No Swimming signs as soon as we hit the beach (no issue of the hotel itself). Walking the 1500' pier was a must. Quiet hotel in a safer neighborhood. Unless you valet, your only option was to park on the street. Very nice staff that was helpful and friendly. A little disappointed with the pool, but you are ON THE OCEAN so why do you need a pool anyway. Have fun and soak in the rays!!!

Great spot to stay and wonderful service!! If you have transportation or are okay with ride sharing into other neighborhoods then you’re golden, as far as getting to great restaurants and activities, the area around the hotel is pretty lowkey, when it comes to “things to do”. Location is beautiful and when they say “ocean front, they mean it. If you’re just looking to go to the beach though. This is the spot!

Great view from our 3rd floor “Ocean View” living room. Nice balcony with comfortable chairs on it. Living room comfortable and stylish design. Bedroom was separate and didn’t have view - it let in a little too much light since the window had shutters with gaps between the slats and the breezeway outside was lit. Fantastic Happy Hour sunset on the roof each night. Great customer set ice too - overall we had a fun getaway weekend!
