Being in the mountains, you may encounter occasional dust and leaves on patios/decks due to the windy conditions. While we do our best to keep everything tidy, perfection isn't always possible. If you notice any cleanliness issues, safety concerns, or amenities not working as expected, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! This is one of things we take a lot of pride in and our dedicated team will promptly address any issues to ensure you have a delightful stay.
