The Guest house is a lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home with A/C, Wifi and Cable TV.
This Guest home sleeps 8 adults! The master bedroom has a King size bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. The living room also has 2 full size pull out sofa beds that sleeps an additional 4 adults. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. The Guest house also has its own washer and dryer.
This Guest house is a fully functional 2 bedroom 1 bath home, adjacent to the Main home (via the backyard) There is a charcoal grill along with a patio table and chairs with umbrella.There is Plenty of seating along with a picnic table.
The Guest home also has its own entrance and driveway for extra privacy and parking space!
The Main Cape Cod Summer Home has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 adults and 3 full size pull out sofa-beds that sleeps an additional 6 adults. The home has a wonderful feel do to the open floor plan and the cathedral ceilings in the spacious Family Room. The home is great for those large Family gatherings.
