Sehr abgewohntes Motel
Unser Zimmer war in einem dringend renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, so dass wir beim Betreten eigentlich gleich umdrehen wollten. Der Teppichboden müffelt, das geht gar nicht. Die überdecke und Wolldecke auf einem der Betten hat mehrere große Brandlöcher. Andererseits ist es ein großes Zimmer, mit Bad und es gab kein Viehzeug, also haben wir uns überwunden. Der Fön ließ sich nur ab und zu überreden, mal heiße Luft zu spenden, so dass wir mit nassen Haaren losgezogen sind. Aber es gab eine funktionstüchtige Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank, reichlich warmes Wasser zum duschen, wifi und TV. Hyannis liegt recht zentral auf Cape Cod, so dass wir die Insel gut erkunden konnten. Ein Ausflug nach Provincetown lohnt sich und hyannis hat das JFK Memorial in einem netten Hafen. Da wir einen echten Schlechtwettertag hatten, haben wir die Cape Cod Mall in der Nähe erkundet, inkl. Kino und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

FILTHY, DISGUSTING DUMP!!
This motel had NOTHING good about it. I was horrified by what we booked. I paid ahead for 3 nights and left at daylight the next morning. It was FILTHY, smelled of dog urine (Spots all over the carpet). It was filled with people living at the motel, kitchen tables outside that they were smoking and drinking at. There was a fight outside our door at around 2am. I was TERRIFIED and hope that no one stays at this place.

Book another hotel!!!
They say no pets, we saw people with dogs on premises. The room smelled like a wet stinky dog. There were stains on bedding and did not look clean. We drove 8 hours to get to this?! I was overwhelmed, we went to CVS for cleaning supplies and air fresheners. However, Hotels.com rep got them to reimburse next 2 nights and we moved hotels.

Met Expectations
I wanted a reasonably priced place to stay that was clean with a pool, and this fit the bill. It was not fancy or totally updated, but it was very clean with an indoor and outdoor pool that are actually heated. It is near everything in Hyannis and the desk staff were very nice. A continental breakfast would be nice, but for the price, this is indeed a very good value. Will return.

It was just ok
It was comfortable enough. The beds were hard but the ac was nice. For the price though at almost $200 a night I was expecting better. The parking lot was loud with people and it felt a little scary at night. On check out day I felt like we were being rushed with housekeeping knocking on our door 3 different times. They brought us clean towels right away when asked and were friendly. I was just expecting more for that price.

I booked on line and picture's looked good, the hotel is older, but rooms were clean and both indoor/outdoor pools were clean. The staff was pleasant and walkable to downtown dining.

Me my mother my son and his gf stayed here for 3 nights . The rooms were clean beds were comfortable and the staff were so very present . It could use some updating but it’s nice and cozy. The pools felt great and were clean and the coffee was awesome
