Family weekend
We just had a really nice weekend with family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and had nice supply of cooking utensils and dishes. Very nice view of lake. Hot tub was a nice bonus!

We Had A Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful stay during our week in WI. The home was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. I don’t really have any complaints. If I was to give a suggestion however, it would be to get more chairs for the dining room table, and chain/child resistant lock for the basement door due to access to waterfront and the twin bunk beds being downstairs.

Girl's weekend
This property was a great halfway place to meet for my family. It had a good amount of space to do the activities we had planned. The host was very accommodating! It was good to relax and hang out with the girls.

Cozy getaway!
LOVED our stay at this beautiful home on the lake for a relaxing girls weekend. We were here for a very snowy weekend and stayed nice and cozy in the house. The beautiful wall of windows looking out onto the lake were stunning to watch the blizzard from, and we made use of the hot tub after the storm died down. The hosts arranged for someone to come plow us out, which was much appreciated! Rebecca checked in on us to make sure we were safe and comfortable during the storm as well, which was so kind. We had 5 people staying this weekend and the house was plenty big for us. We all agreed we’d love to come back, this was such a lovely home!

Love this property! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view. We enjoyed canoe, autumn leaves, bike riding ( brought our own). Fun dinner at Sinissippi Lake Pub, hikes at Ice Age Trail and Netflix movies. We will be back. Super communicative owners!

Relaxing Lake View Home
Stayed with Husband, Brother and Sister in law plus 2 small Fur Babies. Lots of room to spread out. Rented Pontoon boat, nice to get out on Lake and do some fishing, sight seeing. Did some grilling, also loved the hot tub. The house was clean plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Yard good size to walk doggies around. Nice Pub nearby, great food. Nice neighborhood. This is our second time renting, and well be back. Communication with Rebecca was great, very helpful. Left sunglasses there and Rebecca offered to mail them to me. Great Host. Relaxing getaway...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts, Rebecca and Ken, were very kind and attentive to our needs. The home is roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are VERY comfortable! We had a great time renting the pontoon boat, exploring the area, and relaxing under the lakefront gazebo.

Excellent Lake House Vacation Spot
Property owners were fantastic to work with, very accommodating. This is a perfect spot for a family lake vacation. Beautiful spot right on the water. The gazebo with table and chairs right by the lake is a wonderful spot to sit. House is clean and has all the amenities you need for a vacation. There is a great restaurant/bar within walking distance of the house. Back yard is great for kids to play in. Solo stove firepit was great! 2 paddle boards and a canoe got lots of use during our stay.

Great family house
Our recent stay was just two of us, and could easily accommodate a much larger party. The main floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The lower walkout level has two bunk beds, a full-size bar area, TV entertainment area, full laundry room and half bath. Lots of outdoor gathering spaces and room for outdoor games. Beautiful views of the lake from multiple points inside the house and out. While we didn’t take advantage of the pontoon boat, hot tub or gas grill, we did use the fire pit and canoe. The owner, Rebecca, was very easy to communicate with. She left us a “house” book full of useful info and a delicious bottle of wine. Sinissippi Lake is fed by the Rock River. Great for boating, bird watching and the never-ending antics of the carp. Yes, carp. Large, voracious non-native carp that have invaded a lot of Wisconsin lakes. So the takeaway here is don’t expect good fishing. We caught three bullhead catfish (ick) and nothing else. Wisconsin DNR website says there’s panfish and bass in that lake, but I’m dubious about that claim. Water is extremely murky. Birdwatching is very good. We saw loons, eagles, ducks, herons and amazing American White pelicans! The lake has 13 islands, so boating would be an adventure in discovery.

Beautiful Location
There were 4 adults and 2 fur babies in my group. The yard was plenty big enough to walk my fur babies without leaving premises. Plenty of dishes and glasses, and cereal bowls, but not one mixing bowl nothing bigger than a cereal bowl. The house is a really great size, lots of room to spread out. House keeping needs to pay attention to cleaning inside of things. Everything looked clean on outside. We rented Pontoon boat it was worth every penny. Having it right outside your rental to use was awesome. The furniture outside was in good shape. I would recommend getting a professional to come by and clean Hot tub bi-weekly more relaxing for guests. I would not mind having the cost added into rental. Communication with Rebbeca before, during and after was great. Such a nice lady. Give a shout out to Troy the neighborhood guy who was such a big help to us, he's great! Would love to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home, and allowing our fur babies to enjoy also!!

We couldn't have been happier with the accuracy and description of the accommodations or communication with this homeowner. Everything was clean, well maintained, convenient, and comfortable. We have already talked about coming back in the spring! There were plenty of things to do outdoors and indoors. We loved the hot tub at night and spent the days fishing and on the pontoon that we rented from them. We highly recommend this gem of a relaxing vacation. You also don't want to pass on the local fish fry around the corner it was phenomenal!

Nice Lake House Cottage but..
Property is right on the lake with plenty of amenities, the view of the lake is beautiful! The lake however is very dirty, could not swim in it, so just stuck to canoeing and paddling. We were hoping to use the jet ski but were told it’s broken. Some of the bedrooms - the sheets didn’t feel/look washed. The jacuzzi tub was also a little dirty. The property is good overall, but could’ve been better.

Nice and relaxing!
We loved our stay at the lake house! It was a pretty windy weekend so we couldn't enjoy the paddle boards, but got to fish, sit around the bonfire, enjoy the jacuzzi and relax with the beautiful lake view! Rebecca was always quick to respond with any questions we had and to notify us of any changes. It was a breeze to check in and check out. Plenty of space for 8 of us with an infant. Very nice and quiet home so we didn't have to worry if us walking around, opening doors or talking inside would wake up the baby. It was great! Thank you so much for having us! It was everything and more!

Quiet Getaway
Booked the weekend for a girls trip. Main floor has beautiful updates with keeping the cabin type feel. Could use some focus touchups to many areas though. The neighborhood is very quiet and the lake is beautiful. Becky was great at communication and to work with. We were bummed that the hot tub was down while we were there. Again, Becky had great communication in regards to this and did compensate us some because of that inconvenience. All of us ladies said we'd have no problem staying there again. 😁

A Nice little get away.
The property was great!! This was our second time staying here and it is perfect for my mom who is walker dependent. The only thing I would encourage is if you are renting this property in the winter, check on winter activities as the Ice care races were going on all weekend and it was a constant sound of car engines from sun up to sun down both Saturday and Sunday. I would avoid that weekend again as it was right outside the front windows and very irritating after a few hours of it. We went to celebrate my mothers 80th Birthday so we spent the entire time inside this very nicely landed out vrbo. Thanks again!! Julie

Lovely home and lovely hosts!
We stayed in the lake house for a late family Christmas since we weren't able to get together over the holidays. At the last minute, someone in our family had a COVID exposure and we weren't able to make it. Rebecca was so understanding they let us move our reservation to the next week so we could all be together! All COVID free and happy, we had a lovely time and the lake house was perfect for us (7 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant, and 1 small pup). Cozy but plenty of room to cook, play games, and open presents. We loved the view out onto the snowy lake and can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the water! Lovely home and lovely, flexible, communicative hosts. Thanks for everything!

Pet Friendly get away
We very much enjoyed our stay and our pups loved the view through the numerous windows facing the lake! (We did too!) Well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds were a plus! We hope to be back in warmer weather to take advantage of the lake and the hot tub! The pub just around the corner has amazing food!
