This luxury villa in Hurricane is 5 miles from Sand Hollow State Park and 30 miles from Zion National Park! Sleeps 28 with 17 beds. Includes private/secluded courtyard w/ heated pool and hot tub + misters to keep you cool; two upper-level balconies; and BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. Rooms feature stunning photos of Southern Utah. Perfect for large gatherings!



The Space:

Each of the 5 KING SUITES has a DreamCloud king mattress and private bathroom (you don’t have to share your bathroom with someone else!). The oversize bunk room has 4 queen beds, 6 twin beds(XL), double vanity, and TWO private toilet/shower areas. Enough beds to sleep 28 comfortably.



This is our home away from home and we love sharing it with visitors to Southern Utah. Rather than the traditional layout of 1 or 2 master suites with queens or twins in the other bedrooms, our home was custom designed to make each bedroom a king suite with its own private bathroom. As a result, the home is ideal for large groups looking for an unforgettable getaway. Everyone gets their own private king suite and bathroom, but then a large gathering area is available in the kitchen and family room with 85" TV. This large inside gathering area transitions nicely into the secluded outdoor courtyard/pool by way of a 3-panel sliding glass door. If you need even more room, the breezeway from the courtyard leads to the large resort pool/clubhouse located across the back alley. You can lock the 6' gate in the breezeway to ensure privacy and seclusion for our courtyard/pool area. During the summer, professional grade misters are in the courtyard to help keep you cool. If you want the pool heated from November through March, you can pay a heating fee of $100 (for your entire stay).



One king suite is on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the 4 king suites, large bunk room, and another large family room with 85” 4K TV. Two of the upstairs king suites share a balcony. A second balcony off the upstairs family room overlooks the courtyard/pool. USB-C and USB-A ports on each nightstand for charging phones. The bunk room also doubles as a gaming room with a Sony 4K TV (120Hz), X-Box and 4 gamer lounge chairs (the two 85” TVs in other areas of the house are also ‘gamer ready’ at 120Hz).



If you are interested in whole house audio that allows for music to play in the courtyard, downstairs family room and upstairs family room, let us know and we will send instructions on how to use the system. We love this feature—especially in the pool area!



The resort clubhouse located across the back alley has a beach entry pool, lap pool, splash pad (seasonal), lounge chairs, shaded areas with tables, and exercise room with some weights (operating hours are determined by the HOA). Just east of the front entrance to the house is a large grass park with mature trees and two pickle ball courts. Inside the 2-car garage are pickle ball paddles/balls, a ping pong table, and an EV plug in garage.



Our home is located 30 miles away from the entrance to Zion National Park. If you are bringing a boat and/or UTV to use at Sand Hollow State Park (entrance is just 5 miles away), parking for trailers and RVs is available on the outside perimeter of the resort. We use the RV parking area south of our home, which results in a short walk to our front door. If you need inspiration on other places to visit, many photos of scenic areas in Southern Utah appear throughout the home.



Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 28 people. Kid-friendly plastic dishes also available. Crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker/insta pot, electric griddle, large covered electric griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, and BBQ utensils available for guest use along with variety of baking and serving dishes.



BBQ gas grill in courtyard. High chair and 2 portable cribs available. POOL/BEACH towels provided. TWO laundry rooms (upstairs and downstairs).

Guest Access:

You have access to all bedrooms, balconies, courtyard, and 2-car garage. You also have access to our 20’x12’ private pool and hot tub conditioned upon agreeing to our release and waiver and following the pool rules.



You will also have key card access to the clubhouse and its pools (main pool and lap pool), giant hot tub, and fitness room. Pickle ball courts (with lights) available on a first come first serve basis.



The Neighborhood:

Elim Valley is a unique European-inspired neighborhood located between Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Creek Reservoir, and is designed as a walkable community with tree-lined streets, grassy areas, cobblestone pavers in park area, and alley-fed garages. Elim Valley includes 2 pickle ball courts, clubhouse with 2 community pools (including lap pool), a splash pad (seasonal), and a massive community hot tub.



Getting Around:

Beautiful walkable community. ATV/UTV dirt trail is available from the neighborhood to the entrance of Sand Hollow State Park. Home has a 2-car garage available for guest use that is accessed from back alley. On-street parking is available on the public street in front of the home. Trailer and RV parking on the east and south perimeter of the neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for all guests plus bath/pool towels. We have all the basic cookware, cooking utensils, and spices. Walmart (with full grocery center) is just a couple miles north of our house. We provide enough dish and laundry detergent that should last through your entire stay.
