This property was a great stay for our day trips to Zion. It’s an easy 30-40 minute drive. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk had great recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops. My only complaint is that to ensure you get a parking spot at Zion we were told to be there by 8 am, but the breakfast didn’t begin until 7 am so we often had to rush out in the morning.

Looks can be deceiving. Overall it was a nice location and the hotel (and staff) were nice. Now on to what i had issues with: 1) the toilet did not function well. Very weak flush which and required 2 - 3 flushes even if you only urinated 2) the free breakfast sucked. After a 13 day trip and 9 different hotels this was the 2nd most expensive and by far the worst option for breakfast. 3) the pool is not heated or cleaned well.

Everything about the Wingate was great, great service, clean, nice breakfast, great location. There was an issue with the water pressure in the showers, but not so much that it ruined the experience. I would stay there again.
