Welcome to Anasazi Cabin, a one-level desert retreat at Anasazi Cliffs Lodging, set on over 10 acres of peaceful high-desert land in Apple Valley. This cabin is ideal for friends, adventure travelers, or couples looking for easy access with no stairs, lofts, or ladders.

Inside, the cabin features a private bedroom with a king-size bed and a flexible living area with two convertible couches that transform into four twin beds or can be combined to create a king-size sleeping surface. Fresh linens and pillows are provided and stored nearby.

The open living space offers a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring Southern Utah. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an RO water filtration system under the sink, and everything needed for everyday meals.

Step outside to enjoy expansive desert and mesa views, your private hot tub, and a private fire pit—perfect for unwinding and stargazing under the night sky.

Guests have full private access to Anasazi Cabin, including exclusive use of the private hot tub and private fire pit. Free parking is available near the cabin.
Guests are also welcome to explore the on-site walking trails, including areas where ancient petroglyphs can be viewed. Firewood is provided for your private fire pit.
Inside the cabin, we provide basic supplies to make your stay comfortable. If you need specific items or have special requests, please inquire well in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We want you to have plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your stay. While we are not on-site full time, we live nearby and are available if you need assistance, have questions, or would like local recommendations.
There may be times when we’re not immediately reachable, but we’re always just a message away and will respond as quickly as possible. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us.

Anasazi Cabin is located in quiet, rural Apple Valley, Utah—an area known for its open landscapes, dark night skies, and peaceful desert surroundings. Guests can explore on-site walking trails and view ancient petroglyphs created by the Ancestral Puebloans, offering a meaningful connection to the area’s history.
The cabin is also conveniently located near popular outdoor destinations, including Little Creek Mesa and Gooseberry Mesa for hiking and biking. Zion National Park is approximately 35–45 minutes away, making this an ideal base for Southern Utah adventures.

Free on-site parking is available. You may park right next to the cabin for easy loading and unloading.
Oversized vehicles are welcome and should park along the private driveway, allowing clear access for other vehicles to pass through.

This is a rural desert property, and guests may encounter wildlife such as lizards, spiders, birds, or other small critters during their stay. Please do not feed or disturb any wildlife on the property.
Cell service can be spotty depending on your provider, so we recommend saving check-in instructions before arrival. Weather-related power outages are rare but possible.
Road conditions are typically manageable with 2WD vehicles, but Southern Utah weather can change quickly—please check conditions and pack appropriate clothing before traveling.
House Rules – Anasazi Cabin

To help keep the property safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these house rules:

General Rules

• No parties or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Please supervise children at all times, especially near the loft, fire pit, and outdoor areas
• Do not leave food outside or unattended — local wildlife and feral cats will help themselves
• Please do not feed wildlife
• Guests are responsible for monitoring any food or package deliveries

Smoking

• No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only, please be mindful of other guests and Keep doors and windows closed
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not litter

Hot Tub

• The hot tub in Anasazi cabin is private
• No alcohol consumption while in the hot tub
• No shaving, soaps, or oils in the hot tub
• No pets allowed in the hot tub.
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please respect quiet hours when using the hot tub

Fire Pit

• Fires are permitted only in the designated private fire pit.
• 2 bundles of firewood is provided during your stay, more is available for sale
• Never leave a fire unattended
• Make sure the fire is completely extinguished after use or when disposing coals

Pets

• Pets are welcome — limited to 2 with a fee
• Service dogs please provide valid identification
• Pets must be leashed at all times outdoors
• Please keep pets off furniture
• Clean up after your pets
• Do not leave pets unattended

Petroglyphs & Property

• Petroglyphs are for viewing only — please do not touch, climb on, or disturb them

Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
