We are located in the exclusive Colonel's Chair subdivision on Hunter Mountain. Hunter Resort entry and lifts are 0.5 mile from our home and provides access to world class skiing/snowboarding, tubing,riding, zip-line, and 4 seasons of fun and activities.

For your safety, we instaled the front ring doorbell. 4 cameras to oversee the parking lot, front of the house, fire pit, lake and hot tub areas. No cameras inside in the house.
SKI SEASON
When you book our home for ski season make sure to book your pass, tickets and days on the mountain to avoid disappointment.
