Welcome to The Woodlands Fun House, our family’s home and one of the most unique stays in The Woodlands, Texas. More than just a vacation rental, this is a place filled with stories, original art, travel memories, and spaces designed to bring families together.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by tall pines, you’ll be just minutes from Market Street, The Woodlands Mall, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, and nature preserves — while still enjoying the peace and privacy of your own retreat.

Enjoy a private swimming pool, hot tub, zipline, treehouse, trampoline, sandy mini beach inspired by Los Roques, outdoor movie projector, giant outdoor games, picnic area, hammock, artificial turf play spaces, wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ grill, rolling cooler, string lights, fruit garden, and greenhouse lounge.

Summer days are magical here, and fall and winter are equally special with cozy evenings under the lights, outdoor movies, hot cocoa, and relaxing spa nights.

Meet the Hens

Meet our four sweet hens: Ophelia, Estrellita, Gru, and Omelette. There is no rooster, so there’s no crowing or early wake-up calls. Their coop is tucked away on one side of the backyard, so you can enjoy them as much — or as little — as you wish. You’re welcome to feed them or let them roam briefly, as long as they stay away from the pool and return safely to the coop. Our animal-trainer friend also stops by through the side gate to care for them, and we’ll always let you know in advance.

The Woodlands Fun House is designed to help you slow down, have fun, and make happy memories. This is not a brand-new, minimalist, or magazine-perfect home. You may notice the occasional little imperfection or signs of a well-loved family house — and that’s exactly what it is.

What you will find is a very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped home with everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay: quality towels and linens, luxury toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, appliances, silverware, utensils, outdoor entertainment, cozy spaces, and thoughtful details throughout.

Watch your favorite movie from the hot tub with the outdoor projector, enjoy a quiet moment in the greenhouse retreat turned meditation and relaxation space, choose your favorite brew from one of three coffee makers, or simply let the kids run free in the treehouse, zipline, trampoline, and mini beach with swing.

Our home is filled with original art, books, treasures collected during our travels around the world, and the little things that make life richer and happier. Every room tells a story, and every corner was designed to bring joy. This is a colorful, welcoming home full of character and personality — a place meant to be lived in, laughed in, and remembered.
