Our home is nestled in a charming Seabrook coastal neighborhood that offers the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement. Just minutes from NASA, marinas, and scenic waterfront spots, the area feels calm and laid back while still being close to Kemah Boardwalk, great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the water or explore nearby attractions, this location lets you enjoy the best of both worlds.

Guests have full access to the home, including parking and the entertainment area.

Upon arrival, you'll step into the welcoming family/living area, adorned with a plush Queen Sleeper Sofa, creating an enticing space for relaxation and socializing. The gourmet kitchen showcases a chic island with seating for four, perfect for casual dining and mingling.

Adjacent to this is the elegant dining room, accommodating six guests comfortably, ideal for memorable meals and get-togethers.

The first bedroom upon entering the home features bunk beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing both convenience and coziness.

The subsequent bedroom offers a Queen Bed and also connects to the Jack and Jill bathroom, seamlessly blending privacy with accessibility.

Guests will also discover another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination for added convenience.

Moving forward, you'll find the bedroom boasting a King Bed with its own private entrance to the patio.

Lastly, you'll encounter the luxurious Master Suite, featuring a King Bed and a private entrance to the patio deck. Its ensuite bathroom epitomizes luxury with a full bath, separate shower, standalone bathtub, and double vanities.
