The neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful walk or a quick drive to nearby attractions. With easy access to major highways and public transport, getting around is a breeze.
-William P. Hobby Airport (HOU): 12 minutes. Quick access to the airport, so you can start your stay without delay.
-NRG Stadium (NFL): 15 minutes. Catch an exciting NFL game just a short drive away.
-Minute Maid Park (MLB): 15 minutes. Perfect for baseball fans wanting to enjoy a game at the home of the Houston Astros.
-SaberCats Stadium (Rugby): 5 minutes. For rugby enthusiasts, this stadium is just around the corner.
-Downtown Houston: 20 minutes. Explore museums, dining, and shopping in Houston's vibrant city center.
-Major Highways: Convenient access to I-45 and I-610 for easy travel around Houston and beyond.

Other Things to Note:
- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.
- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- Hot tub- currently out of service
The Hot Tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.
- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
