House Rules and Other Important Information:

* Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please keep them off the furniture and beds. A small pet fee applies.

* Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

* Hidden bar: The secret bar space is stocked for mocktails (BYOB) — alcohol is not provided, but the setup is perfect for creating your own drinks.

* Parties & events: Not permitted. This home is intended for families, small groups, and travelers who will treat it with care.

* No Smoking in the house. Not adhering to this rule will result in additional fines and fees.

* Bunk Bed weight limit: <200 lbs for top bunk, <400 lbs for bottom bunk

*No commercial photography or filming allowed

For security purposes, there are 2 outdoor cameras (one in the driveway, one by the front door). We also use smoke and noise detector to ensure compliance with our rules.
