Nette neu renovierte Unterkunft nahe Airport. Frühstück ist eben sehr amerikanisch und keine große Auswahl. Positiv ist der Airport Shuttle.

Oh my god!! This place is run down! I sereously have NEVER seen a LaQuinta like this! Carpets are full of stains EVWRYWHERE, the wallpaper is coming off the wall, paint is chipped away, doors are scratched. No No No No No!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, aber das Zimmer roch sehr stark nach Hund, habe ich auch sofort moniert, aber kein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Der Fön im Bad funktionierte auch nicht. Das Frühstück war auch für USA Verhältnisse nur mittelmäßig. Am Poolbereich diverse Sonnenschirme total zerfetzt. War das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel, aber mit Sicherheit nicht wieder

There was no power on my arrival at 11 pm on May 16. The front desk said they had no power since 4 pm and hotel was in renovation mode for weeks and construction material was all over the place. The front desk was reluctant to check in despite prepaid online booking done around 10 pm same day thro' Expedia. The nearby hotels did have power. This facility had absolutely no power back thro' genset even for basic lights. We were check in thro' pitch dark corridors and simply could not sleep with room windows open with traffic noise. Check out of the hotel at 6 am on 17th as there was no power or any services. It will not be unreasonable to request a refund for the listed reasons.

After being stuck at the airport for hours we were finally able to call for the shuttle. The staff informed us that the shuttle was only running for another 20 minutes as was therefore unable to pick us up. $50 and one hour later after going to the wrong La Quinta, we finally made it to the hotel. It was a 5-minute drive to the airport. They could have easily picked us up and saved us a lot of hassle. Sam helped us check in when we arrived and he was absolutely wonderful! The next morning we were very rudely woken up by housekeeping, not once but twice, demanding that we leave at 11 am when we had been given the okay for a late check out of 12 pm by staff the night before. The shuttle once again failed us in the morning and we had to pay our own way to get back to the airport. We booked this hotel because it had a shuttle and ended up paying more for Ubers than the room itself cost. Staff seemed more interested in sitting on their phones than helping customers. We had to walk to the end of the first floor hallway to get to the elevator. In this area hotel was absolutely disgusting. Upon reaching the fourth floor everything looked newly renovated and the room was nice and comfortable. I do not recommend.

The guy at reception desk was rude, it was 1am arrived from several canceled and delayed flights very tired and starving, wanted to buy some food and he didn’t accept cards, I didn’t have cash on me and there was no atm machine… this is not a nice way to treat guests

I left my expensive mouthguard in my room. I contacted the front desk on my way to the airport. They found the mouthguard but refused to send it to me even when I told them that I would happily pay postage and packing. I contacted customer service who said that they would resolve it within a week. That was 13 days ago!
