Lets see. they start with redoing the room key three times, but i had to go back to the office to let them the key was not working. After giving me a different room the internet code was incorrect. I had to call a 800 number for technical help, but there was no answer and no ability to leave a message. So no internet in my stay. Lastly, the office was no open until 11:00 am. I went to get something in my car in the morning, the room key would not open the door. The person in the next room told me this happens all the time.
I had to leave and there were some things i could not get that was in my room. I want a refund on my room charge.
