A very nice property. The only issue is parking. You have to pay an extra charge for the mandatory valet. You cannot park your car yourself and the valet parking staff is insufficient.

Manager at Check in was very rude. Itinerary was not in their system and told me “that’s what happens when you go through a third party. You need to call them. Next.” Finally settled with Expedia and checked in. Ordered room service for breakfast. No utensils or condiments. Front desk nor in room dining answered the phone. After finally getting a hold of someone, Had to wait 30 minutes and then was brought one utensil. Food was cold. Valet service too busy so had to wait for car. Terrible overall service.

Nice staff, but the valet initially told us there is no parking except valet, then later we found out the garage next to the property can self park for less than half of the valet parking price. Very tiny pool. Close to galleria mall. Nice area.

So, it’s a great place, except for the day there’s were no loungers at the pool, called the front desk asked Trevor, nobody came to fix it, I was lying on cement, I didn’t book a camping site, apparently there was a function there later in the evening no word whatsoever that this was happening, and if it was later in the evening not sure why loungers were taken away at noon?!! With no communication whatsoever, I paid a good price for this hotel, didn’t think I’d end up lying on a cement floor, not impressed at all………..

Our stay was great! It was also my wife’s birthday and the hotel associate during check in made sure we had cake and champagne free of charge. The only issue was no options for free parking so you basically had to valet. Other than that great stay, clean hotel, and friendly staff.
