We saw a cockroach in our room..! Room was not clean the next day even though we told the housekeeper and the front desk about it

If you are going to the NRG park be prepared for the gate to close @ any given time!! Ask someone at the desk the times that the gate is open. We walked to the NRG center to return to a locked gate. Maybe come up with a key entry to the gate!!

My reservation was from Monday to Saturday, and I ended up leaving on Thursday, the first day they had an issue with the breakfast - it ended up not being a buffet and it took too long to order from the menu. Then on Thursday morning there was no water in the entire building during the morning, and when the water returned it came out of the shower and fosset with a dark brown color, which was unsettling.

Unless you’re only going to the medical district, there is really no reason to stay in this area. No where near any major attractions. If you must stay around here, Gus’s Fried Chicken is a very good restaurant with friendly waiter and the Walgreens 2 blocks away has helpful workers.

Expedia canceled our reservation in a hotel with kitchen and pool and assigned us a hotel WITHOUT kitchen and pool. Expedia canceled the reservation the same day that we arrived and they did not compensate us in any way. Expedia is TERRIBLE.

The property was clean but nothing above a “ motel -level “ property. The front desk employees were very helpful. They only had one restaurant. Breakfast was only until 10:30 am and until 9 am on Sunday. I woke up two days in a row with something weird in the sink that appeared to be water that came up from the drain in the middle of the night.

The temperature on all common areas is too high. Seems that the hotel is not cooling all common areas, from the lobby to the bar and the hallways on all floors. Would be nice to walk about the hotel without sweating.

This was our family’s first trip to Texas our first stop was in Fort Worth and where we stayed at wasn’t worth what we paid for. However for the exact same price we booked this room. We were greeted by the staff with a smile. The property is gated so you will have to pay extra per day for parking but in my opinion it’s worth it. Overall I would stay here again. Our room also so to see the NRG stadium which my girls loved.

The hotel is good and very close to the rodeo, but our floor was always dirty and they only change towels and make bed, no vacum, also theres no vending machine

I would likes to comment the kitchen team; most especially Tony!!! Truly a gem -he is always smiling and service oriented. Amelia head a large table and seemed to be doing an awesome job as well. The chef Claudia also need the food well presented and kept up with the demand.

Hello Felipe,Thank you for providing your feedback. I am very sorry that you were under the impression that you were provided full beds however the hotel does not have full sized beds. The hotel does offer two Queen sized beds or one king sized bed. We hope that you give us another chance in the future!

I stayed here while working a convention and I was pretty pleased with everything. I liked that this had a connection to the NRG center parking lot as well. Decently priced and everything was good. Parking and breakfast is separate charge but that’s stated in description. You can also get food at the bar for dinner for a separate charge as well so that was convenient. The room was clean and was a good space. The only issue I would have with the room was our bath/shower, when you would change were the water was coming out of it wouldn’t fully change to the shower head so the bathtub would get filled with a couple inches of water by the time you were done. But we made them aware. I would stay here again. They also have a fridge and microwave in the room which was a good plus. The staff was friendly as well. If you book through 3rd party they cannot extend your stay so I had to do it through hotels.com but that wasn’t a big issue either.

Staff were nice. Housekeeping cleaned well. I liked that there was an easy access point between the hotel and the NRG center. There were restaurants withing walking distance. We had a great stay.
