Guests will have full and private access to the entire house. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living spaces, the upstairs game room, the garage, and the backyard. Check-in is simple and convenient with our easy self-check-in process. The only exception is a locked utility closet used for owner storage, which is not accessible to guests.

24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.
- The home is equipped with smoke detectors for your safety. Please do not tamper with or disable these devices.
- We are committed to providing an allergen-conscious environment, which is why we maintain a strict no-pet policy.
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Smoking will result in immediate termination of occupancy, additional fees, and loss of monies. Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, hookah, vaping, and marijuana. ANY evidence of smoking indoors will result in an immediate $250 charge. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced without warning. Odor, ash, residue, or tampering with smoke detectors will all result in charges. By staying in this home, you are agreeing to this policy. Violations will incur 100% of the cost of the next reservation if their stay is disrupted.
