East Downtown Loft + Gated Parking

Welcome to The Lockwood, a renovated loft-style stay within a historic 1919 property in Houston's East End. This first-floor unit puts EaDo, Downtown, stadiums, restaurants and nightlife within easy reach. The Lockwood/Eastwood METRORail station is about a five-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore without driving.

Inside, you'll have a comfortable open layout, dedicated workspace, dependable Wi-Fi and Ethernet, plus a kitchenette with a microwave, full-size refrigerator and two-burner cooktop. One assigned parking space is included inside the private gated area behind the building. Unit 1 requires only three to four exterior entry steps.

Traveling with family or friends? Unit 1 connects to Unit 2 through a private, lockable interior door. The units are reserved separately, and connecting access is available only when both are booked together, subject to availability.

Lockwood Drive traffic can be heard inside, especially during the day. The rear parking and entrance area is private and considerably quieter. Exterior cameras at the vehicle gate, building corners, entrances, and stairs record audio and video. There are no cameras inside.
