We have 5 exterior cameras in front door, side doors, garage door an back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.
- Pet fee $150. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- NO EVENTS ALLOWED without prior notice and approval. Events incur extra fees. Please message us for more information.
- No smoking allowed on the property. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- Please respect the noise curfew after 9PM.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.
