We found a cockroach in our room and there was a weird smell in the room. 1 of the bed had a dent in the middle. There were noisy people next door who were loud at 5am and woke us up. Breakfast was good.

When we got there, the front desk agent was too busy sitting on a chsir on his phone. I had to say "Hello???" before he even acknowledge i was there. When he looked up, he had this "i was bothering him" look on his face. He checke us in and we went to our room. The next night, I needed to contact the front desk from my room, but found out that the phone in the room wasnt even connected. I had to go downstairs to complain about weed smell all through my side of the 4th floor and that it was even going into my room. Once again, he was sitting off to the side on his phone, not paying attention to the desk. I had to say ,"hello" before he acknowledged me. He said he would take a look. When I told him about the phone all he said was, "oh, yeah, yeah" and wave it off. Every time we saw the man, he always looked mad at the world. Breakfast was ok. Not sure what i was expecting but it was ok. I understand that the rooms have just been updated but the tubs are dangerous. I took a shower while there and the tub dips inward in a U shape and if youre not careful, you will fall. I almost did. Oh yeah, not to mention the elevator. That thing looked like it was falling apart. Overall, the stay was ok. I did have to ask the cleaning lady for new bottles of shampoo and conditioner as the ones that were there were almost empty. Not sure why they wetent replaced last time the room eas cleaned. Definitely choosing a different hotel next time we're in the Houston area.

Hotel staff on ALL SHIFTS truly had the assistance whenever I needed it and it was done with a smile and made me feel so at home. The cleanliness and the interior decoration of the rooms felt so cozy and the mirror lights are perfect. My overall feeling when I left was refreshing! My stay at the hotel was the best choice to make, money well spent.

Front desk staffs are so terrible. They pretty much showed their face whenever we ask for a request. We had 4 guests and when we asked for towels they said you can get it the next day. Also the ac made lots of sound and when we reached out they said since I requested for the room in 1st floor, they gave me a room not looking at the other things.

It's concerning to see a notice stating that the property isn't responsible if your car gets stolen, especially considering the significant amount you've paid for your stay. It's reasonable to expect a level of security and peace of mind when staying at a hotel, even without a security guard present. In addition I noticed that their breakfast is not fresh at all.

The staff was super friendly and very intentive, room was very clean. They provided extra amenities, provided more than enough breakfast for the entire hotel. I felt safe, gas station, and food was very convenient and easy access to get to with the area. The price that I paid through Expedia was amazing will definitely be staying there again.

The rooms were comfortable enough, but the air conditioner was noisy. The elevator was out, forcing my disabled brother to walk down the stairs, where he fell. The breakfast was basic, but good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
