„Sehr nettes Personal, das auch im Vorwege immer erreichbar war und sehr schnell und informativ geantwortet hat. Saubere und relativ ruhige Unterkunft. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das vorhandene Badezimmer ist die öffentliche Toilette des Flughafens. Das war okay, hatte ich aufgrund der Beschreibung jedoch anders erwartet.
Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder stoppen. Danke.“

„Hotel incredibly conveniently located next to both terminals of the airport. Room was large and bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.
I did find it tricky to find the hotel location on the Didi app, but I used the address rather than hotel name and that seemed to be fine (both Cheer and Air hotels use the same drop point).“

„Clean, contemporary airport hotel with fitness room and breakfast restaurant. Everything you need for a 1 night stay near Tianfu airport.
Cons were restaurant not open except for breakfast and no lounge bar to buy soft drinks etc and work on laptop. However, there is a small mall with restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets 500 m walk away and a late night convenience store in the hotel grounds. I do like to work in a lounge bar, but the room did have a table that doubled as a desk so ...

„Very pleasant stay at the Waldorf hotel in Chengdu, extraordinary experience before check-in already: I contacted the hotel requesting a high-floor room with nice view as I am celebrating 80-th birthday with mom. The booking staff replied swiftly and arranged everthing as requested with even a nice surprise: a birthday cake and warm decoration in the room. In general, all staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast offers various cuisine. Definitely my choice for next time in Chengdu again! ...
