Didn't receive room service in 2 out of 5 days though, complaint was taken seriously. My daughter got a little birthday surprise, that was neat. Overall we can recommend to choose this hotel for a short stay.“

„Very nice, right downtown but the property has easy parking! Checked in late at night but wouldn’t even know it with how attentive the staff was. Nice room, would definitely stay again.“

„We were traveling from Texas to Saginaw. We were exhausted. The facility was not the best on the outside, but the inside was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also edible. I believe it’s safe to say that our overall experience was excellent. Thank you!!“

„Biggest problem was construction. Getting in and out of the lot. But other wise it was favorable. Close to lots of restaurants and shops about a mile or two away. “

„Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.“

„The hotel was very clean & new. Front desk clerks were very helpful & courteous. The pool water was a little too cold, but wasn't bad or a problem. The handle on the bathroom in a handicap room needed a minor repair, but again, wasn't bad. In all, it was a great stay for me, my sister, & our two dogs (the hotel is definitely pet-friendly), But the star of the show was the guy taking care of the breakfast area. „Love two room Suite and full size Frig“

„Great location not far from highway and plenty to do in the immediate area. Shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet except for a rowdy crowd in the parking lot celebrating a baseball win but that wasn't too late or obnoxious. Pool was enjoyed although lack of hot tub was a bummer. “
