„Our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton Zadun. For a frame of reference we have stayed at resorts like Montage, Chilleno Bay, Las Ventanas, Esperanza, Four Seasons, Pedegral, etc. Our room was fantastic, large well appointed. It had a plunge pool but didn't really heat up enough to warrant any early morning or late night dips. Staff was very attentive, special shout out to our "Tosoani's" Ariadna and Gabriel. They communicated with us throughout our stay and coordinated anything we needed.

„The hotel is in good condition.
The hotel is in a great location in the art district where you can go outside in the evenings.
It is very clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and two beds and there is enough space.
The only problem is that the rooms have no soundproofing on the outside and it is therefore very noisy due to the street noise.“
