„The room was not clean at all. Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me.“

„This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!“

„We loved our suite. It was super clean and very spacious. The kitchen looked amazing, brand new appliances, a nice number of cups, plates, etc., new cabinets, very stylish. It was quiet our entire stay, despite a "full house" by the looks of the packed parking lot. We would recommend your place to anyone. The clerk who checked us in our first night was unfriendly and condescending.“

„Das Hotel an sich ist top, es gibt nur einen großen Nachteil: Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarn und vom Flur. Selbst Gespräch ein paar Zimmer weiter sind zu hören. Dazu kommt, dass wenn die Eingangstür zu geht, es jedes Mal so einen Schlag tut, dass man im Bett sitzt. Wenn man also früh´s etwas länger schlafen will und ein paar Leute abreisen, ist es schlicht unmöglich weiter zu schlafen. „We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away.
Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either.
The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to ...

„This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. Each room presented serious and consistent cleanliness failures that should never occur in any property.
Room 1: The bed sheets had clearly not been changed. They appeared used, with visible hair and what appeared to be bodily fluid stains.
