„Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise Richtung Big Bend gut. Alpine selbst hat wenig zu bieten, aber die Unterkunft war okay. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab neben der Klimaanlage noch einen Heater und eine Wolldecke, die ich an dem Tag Auch dringend brauchte, weil es sehr kalt war. Ansonsten war mit Microwelle und Kühlschrank und TV alles da, was man braucht. Das WiFi war leider meist nicht existent. “

„Clean place fully serving the purpose including breakfast. Facility including furniture a bit outdated but clean and functional. Hot breakfast means heating food e.g. egges in the microwave, however once more fit for purpose. „Casa Acero was amazing. It felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and condiments. We cooked most nights and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard with wood burning it the outdoor stove. The furniture was very unique. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely return to Casa Acero.“

„We loved our stay at Prairies Cottage. The property was clean and comfortable, check in information was communicated early and was very easy! We didn’t have tons of time to use the backyard but the kids explored it and it looked like it would be awesome if you have kids and want to be sure they are safe and having fun outside while you make dinner (or while eating dinner!). „We loved the property. Outside was beautiful and my children enjoyed it. There was someone for my 8 and 10 year old to play and my 15 year old to enjoy being outside and reading. Inside was nice. I liked that both of the lots were connecting but still gave us our own space. The kids liked being able to have their own side. We also like the idea of the guest book and seeing how long it has been going. Wish we could hsbe stayed more than one night. We definitely would like to come back.“

„Alpine is so walkable and the location of El Goathead was perfect for walking to restaurants and downtown. The house was perfect for three adults. We could walk to the grocery story which has an excellent deli. We enjoyed this perk after long days of driving and touring Big Bend. Great stay.“

„We loved the Studio in Alpine! Clean and convenient we walked to dinner downtown and it was a great base for adventure at Big Bend and Ft Davis. We could have used more towels and washcloths. I would have liked a reading lamp by the comfy chair and larger furniture outside on the adorable patio. The table and chairs were diminutive. But overall a good stay!“
