„Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there.“

The residence was quiet.
We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one ...

„Everything was great. Clean, neat, good staff. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was good too.
Only one problem was the fire alarm went off around 2 or 3 in the morning. Was extremely loud and kind of scary sounding. Then it didn't continue. Kind of unnerving so we checked outside and hallways to see if there was a fire but didn't know what was going on. Seemed ok so went back to bed.
Apparently in the morning they told us that someone was smoking in their room & they were kicked out.

„3 Star hotel located by the fox river mall (walking distance) and Interstate 43. - location is excellent
Service is friendly and above average. The rooms are clean and the beds are great. The bathrooms are clean and relatively new.
Breakfast is also above average imho.
The pool and whirlpool are open again are quite nice.
the only drawbacks:
the price is quite high considering that there are many hotels nearby that we at least as nice and 20-30$ cheaper
