Welcome to Waterside, where you can unwind in luxury amidst stunning lake views. Our newly remodeled retreat combines nature's tranquility with modern comforts. It is the perfect PRIVATE home base for golfing, boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or just relaxing.

The main level features an open floor plan combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas, which open onto a spacious deck. While most rooms offer a lake view, the sunroom is a particularly good place to enjoy the sunrise over the lake while enjoying a coffee or tea, or to unwind with family and friends at the end of the day. A primary suite with a king bed and private bath is located on this level. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, share a full bath on this level.

The lower level offers a private getaway complete with a master suite featuring a king bed and full bath, plus a game room equipped with a pool table, wet bar, and home gym.
Five high-definition televisions, including two with cinematic soundbars, offer abundant viewing options throughout the home.
Enjoy direct lake access from your private boat dock, complete with kayaks for your use. Boat rentals are available from the Lake Balboa Marina.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
