The Space:

Welcome to Golfers Getaway, a spacious 2,200-square-foot home accommodating up to six guests in peaceful Hot Springs Village.



The three bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and two single beds. Three full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for families, couples, or friends traveling together. One bathroom features a relaxing jetted bathtub.



The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and the essentials needed for preparing meals. The comfortable living area offers ample seating and a television with cable for relaxing after a day of golf or exploring.



Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, and a private washer and dryer.



The home has a single-level interior. One step is required at the front entrance, and multiple steps lead to the screened-in back deck. The deck and outdoor seating provide a quiet place to enjoy the surrounding natural scenery.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire single-level home, full kitchen, living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, screened-in back deck, dedicated workspace, and private washer and dryer.



One step is required at the front entrance.



Hot Springs Village is a gated community. Registered guests must present their reservation or check-in confirmation at the West Gate, where security will provide a vehicle pass for the stay.



Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.



On-site driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. There is no garage.



The Neighborhood:

Golfers Getaway is located in a quiet, scenic area of gated Hot Springs Village near Cortez Golf Course.



Hot Springs Village offers nine golf courses, recreational lakes, walking and biking trails, restaurants, and a variety of outdoor activities. Availability, fees, reservations, and guest-access requirements may vary by amenity.



Historic downtown Hot Springs, Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Magic Springs, restaurants, and shopping are accessible by vehicle.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring Hot Springs Village and the surrounding Hot Springs area.



Golfers will enjoy convenient access to Cortez Golf Course. The Village’s other golf courses, lakes, trails, restaurants, and recreational facilities are also accessible by vehicle.



Guests should enter through the West Gate and present their reservation or check-in confirmation to security. Detailed directions will be provided before arrival.



On-site parking is limited to three vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Golfers Getaway accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.
