Relaxation Retreat-Cozy “Retreat” to unwind located directly on the water’s edge

Relax and unwind, while enjoying gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton from every room at this newly updated centrally located condo just a few steps from the water. Only minutes from Central Ave, Oaklawn, numerous restaurants, and historic downtown you’ll never have to go far for a delicious meal or for something fun to do. This unit features 2 full bathrooms, which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. Enjoy sitting on your personal patio and looking at the gorgeous lake views, cooking on the furnished electric grill, swimming/relaxing on the huge swim dock, and watching the many geese/ducks roam and interact up close. High speed Wi-Fi provided free. This unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. The large swim dock is wonderful…tie a float up to it…lay back and relax…or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis. Notify the host if you would like to reserve the slip in addition to your condo reservation. ***

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2025. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2026. This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.***
***Please be aware there is one flight of stairs (12 steps) leading from the parking lot to the condo—see listing photos for visual of steps. ***. ***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night.
