Welcome to Pagoda Hill Estate - Gangster Mansion as the locals call it! Come enjoy your stay in Hot Springs, AR, in a beautifully restored historic house located in the Uptown/Downtown area. There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking and biking trails including the Hot Springs National Park and the Northwoods!

INDOOR LIVING
Walk in the front door to be greeted with a majestic, winding staircase that brings charm and character to Pagoda Hill Estate. To the left you will see the dining room to gather with seating up to ten for the home cooked meals. To the right you will see the great room/den where TV can be watched along with playing shuffle board. One the first floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, bar area, half bathroom and bedroom1. Walk up the wooden staircase to the second floor. To the left of the staircase there is bedroom2, and two full bathrooms. To the right of the staircase there is bedrooms3-5. Each bedroom also has a luggage rack to help access personal belongings easier!

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the surroundings on the wrap around porch sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails! Gather around the fire pit in the courtyard.

KITCHEN
Fully-equipped kitchen to cook those home meals away from home. Kitchen comes with utensils, dishes, coffee maker (regular drip and Keurig), pots and pans, and more!

TVs in every room. Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App)
Wi-Fi throughout home!
Play some shuffle board in the den/great room area or play cards at the game table!

PARKING
There is plenty of parking on the property: the driveway. Please do not park in the street.
