It's A Business
This property has so much potential, however it is not being maintained. There were spider webs n dead bugs in the rooms. Do not look under the couch. The pool was not properly maintained and we had to back wash the filter twice to get the scimmers and supply jets to work. The chlorine level was not maintained properly. Thankfully my husband n i have a pool at home n were able to get it working. The hot tub was also not maintained. The water barely had chlorine, so water turned dark n we had to clean the filter. When we rinsed the filter there was green algae present n it took over five minutes for the water to run clear. There were no instructions provided for the pool or hot tub. If we had not bee experienced with both it would have been a bad vacation. There were very few towles and we had to request more. The beds all slept well. There was a leak in the living room ceiling above the couch, that the owner was aware of, but didn't share that information or fix the problem. All appliances were great quality. The experior grounds need to be maintained. Flower beds were full of weeds and the plantings had several large tree type plants growing thru them. The pools equipment area had lots of weeds and vines growing all over the area. Flower beds nee new mulch. The property definitely has potential to be great, but unless the owner invests the time and money for basic maintenance, I would not recommend it to future visits. It is a business that needs improvement.
