Welcome to Norhtwoods Contemporary Mountain Bike Haven! Come enjoy your stay in Hot Springs, AR, in this modern design WITH A POOL and HOT TUB located in Downtown Hot Springs surrounded by forested National Park. There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries. A short walk or ride to the amazing hiking and biking trails of Hot Springs and the Northwoods!

INDOOR LIVING
Walk in the front door to be greeted with a gorgeous modern esthetic at this beautiful contemporary home. The open floorplan includes a large chef's kitchen, two large spaces for dining that can each seat eight people, and two story living space with a fireplace! On the first floor there is also bedroom 1 and with its en suite bathroom, a coffee bar area, and a half bathroom. Walk up the staircase to the second floor where you will find bedrooms 2-4, a full bathroom, and bedroom 5, which is a large bonus and bunk room with a sectional sofa, foosball, and ping pong table!

OUTDOOR LIVING
Directly out the back door, enjoy the forested national park surroundings with your private pool and hot tub while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Gather around the fire pit in the backyard for those lovely starry nights. We also offer a gas grill for use in the backyard, and beach towels are provided!

Bedroom5: two twin over full bunk beds (four mattresses)

KITCHEN
Fully-equipped kitchen to cook those home meals away from home. Kitchen comes with utensils, dishes, coffee maker (regular drip and Keurig), blender, crockpot, spices, pots and pans, and more!

ENTERTAINMENT
TVs in every room. Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App)
Wi-Fi throughout home!
Play some ping pong in the bonus/bunk room area!

PARKING
There is room for 5-8 cars in the driveway, depending on whether you're willing to be blocked in or not. Please do not park in the street.

You'll have access to the entire home. The pool is private!

We're about a mile from bathhouse row downtown, which is filled with endless restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and history. Oaklawn racetrack and casino is just a 5-7 minute drive just 3 miles up Central Ave. The Northwoods hiking and mountain biking trails are about a mile up Cedarglades Rd from the house, and you can walk to the National Park hiking trails.
