Very nice place with great balcony and view

Beach directly below is not great. Short walk west and beach is nice. No easy beachside access to Waikīkī Beach area. Have to go a couple blocks away from beach then head east about 5 blocks. Not a bad walk but with beach gear is not ideal. Even if you have a rental car like we did, uber to and from Waikīkī Beach if taking chairs, umbrella, etc. worth the 20.

Top Notch 9 Days in Waikiki!

Great time at this condo! Paul answered right when I called upon landing and met us onsite to check us in. Place was clean and just as advertised, except they neglected to mention the breathtaking sunsets we enjoyed each evening from the balcony. In addition, fabulous views of Friday fireworks, New Years Eve fireworks, and marine life swimming in the water. Another plus is the proximity to the main drag for shopping and dinner. Never had more than a 15 minute walk!

Perfect!

This property is every bit as wonderful as it looks from the description and pictures. It was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of extra linens, everything is organized and arranged for convenience, and there are thoughtful touches like a cabinet at the end of the hallway where you can store suitcases during your stay. The view splendid; we spent many happy hours looking at the ocean from the lanai. The location simply can't be beat: You are right on the beach. Just grab your beach bag and walk down and you're there! They provided so many beach chairs and umbrellas - more than I've had in any Hawaii rental. The parking spot is a bit cramped, but that's to be expected in this area. Also, we couldn't find any oven mitts in the kitchen. Aside from those tiny quibbles, this is a magical place to spend a relaxing vacation.

Dreamlike Vacation

My wife and I have been fortunate to have stayed at places all over the world in both hotels and short term rentals. The unit was best view we have ever had and the layout, furniture, kitchen, etc. were all top notch. When you are sitting in the unit it almost feels like you are on a cruise ship as you can see water all around you. I don't really like writing such nice things about the unit as it makes me afraid that it will become too hard to book it in the future as we are extremely likely to return. It is probably most ideal for two adults or two adults and a couple of children. Depending on the amount of privacy you want, four adults might not be that comfortable as one of the bedrooms is separated from the living room by a sliding wall that is not very sound proof. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Perfect location

Pros: Wonderful location, very light and spacious. Great kitchen amenities. Paul was incredibly responsive to our questions. The only questions/concerns we raised were with the parking space (We rented a van and the parking space -like many parking garages in Oahu- was incredibly tight). There is only one elevator operating- which WAS disclosed Prior to renting-- so we took the stairs (7 floors) quite a bit. We loved the location, view, amenities of the condo and would definitely return.

Best condo in Waikiki

This property is as advertised and then some and I can't say enough about the views and location. Will never forget the moment I first stepped-in and marveled at the panoramic view from the harbor all around to Diamond Head.. Spoil yourself and stay here. Paul was great as the on-site property representative.

Exactly as pictured. Absolutely fabulous views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from every giant window and gorgeous deck. Upgraded, high end everything inside from the appliances to the beds and the toilets. Just perfect. We just wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!!

We travelled with 3 adult children and a teen. The original plan was to get separate lodging and just gather at different times on the island. I was hesitant to spend the extra money on a condo for all of us when I expected to be outside most of the time adventuring. We were all concerned about privacy and being kept awake by snoring. I’m so glad I took the leap! The pictures just don’t do it justice. Honestly, it was hard to leave the condo each time! The sunsets are breathtaking. We saw turtles and rainbows from the balcony daily. Opening the walls nightly was wonderful! The layout afforded great privacy for the couples. We were able to cook meals at the condo. All common cook wear was available. I loved being able to do laundry daily. The showers were wonderful and we all always had hot water. Beach amenities like chairs, umbrellas, boards and floating devices were appreciated as we travelled to several beaches. We rented a minivan since there were six travelers. Parking was tight, but that was more about my skill than the space. Access to the condo was easy with shopping and food just downstairs and within walking distance. If I was going to change anything, it would be to have more fobs for the elevator. With two couples and two individuals, we always had to have someone available, so coordinating between us wasn’t always great and our son was locked out for several hours one day while we were on the North shore. I can’t recommend this place enough! We will do this again!
