Aloha Heights sits on the top floor of a modern high-rise right at that intersection: the world's largest open-air shopping center is across the street, and the sand at Ala Moana Beach Park is a ten-minute walk in the other direction.

The one-bedroom, one-bath layout is calm and uncluttered, with twelve-foot ceilings that pull light deep into the space. Split AC in the living room and bedroom keeps things comfortable through the warm part of the afternoon, and there's a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for the nights you'd rather stay in. The kitchen is set up for real use — quartz counters, full appliances, a Keurig, and all the cookware and dishes you need — so assembling poke bowls after a market run is genuinely easy. In-unit laundry handles the rest.

The bedroom is built for actual sleep: a luxury king mattress, blackout blinds, its own AC unit, and an ensuite bath anchored by a deep soaking tub. Just outside, the lanai gives you a table and two chairs and a place to sit with coffee while the city gets going below.

Ala Moana Center puts hundreds of shops and restaurants a few minutes on foot, with Magic Island and the calm swimming water at Ala Moana Beach Park close behind. Errands are almost comically easy: Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club across the street, Don Quijote a five-minute walk and open around the clock, Palama Supermarket for Korean groceries, and Bank of Hawaii right there too. Downstairs, SERA serves Mediterranean food from breakfast through dinner, and LAMILL Coffee is in the same lobby. Transit is at the door, and Waikiki is under a mile and a half away.

Come for surf, come for work, come for a week of doing very little. This one makes all three simple.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
