Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug für uns. Der Pool war auch recht schön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Die Polster des Sofas hatten viele Flecken und der Teppich ist auch nicht mehr sehr schön.

Der schlechteste Service, den ich jemals erhalten habe. Beim checkin wurden wir 30 Minuten lang links liegen gelassen musst du warten und uns wurden viele falsche informationen zu der Umgebung gegeben. Bezüglich auch der Wäscherai. Wir wurden um Punkt 11:00 Uhr rausgeschmissen obwohl wir verlängern wollten (meine freundin hatte gesundheitliche probleme). Ich rate es jedem ab in diese unterkunft zu gehen (sehr schlimmes personal!!)

Schneller Check-In mit ausführlicher Beschreibung des Hotels. Strand sowie Shops gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war für Amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Ich empfehle das Hotel ohne bedenken weiter.

Not close to beaches. Don’t stay here if you are coming here for a Hawaiian vacation. Rooms are small. No one asked us how our stay was. They were not accommodating when we missed our first night due to our flight being cancelled.

I was expecting to stay on a higher floor but ends up having room at 6th floor at Kona Tower and facing with parking view of the mall 😆. I will stay there again but will make sure next time I will stay at the tall building. From front desk to room cleaner, to any worker i'd seen around are all friendly and approachable. Very good service!

conveniently located (walking distance) to the convention center where I attended an event. Friendly waitress at the Pint and Jigger restaurant/bar. Didn't get her name but she was very accommodating with a great personality and demeanor. She contributed to a very great experience.

We loved the hotel! I do think that we were given a very cheap and small room because we booked through a third party. The person that picked our room looked at us weird when we told them that we did not want to upgrade. I loved the restaurant on the first floor. Great customer service and great food. I would stay here again. Great location!!

アラモアナショッピングセンターに直結してるという事で、今回はこのホテルを選びました。しかし、思ったほど便利ではありませんでした。アラモアナショッピングセンターの店はコロナ禍から営業時間も短くなり、夜出歩くこともできなくて、残念でした。良かった点でいえば、ホテル内に、何台かウォーターサーバーがあり、水を買わなくて良かったので、とても助かりました。次回は、ワイキキに泊まろうと思いました。

I have stayed multiple times at the Ala Moana Hotel. Each time it is lovely. Easy dining options of all price ranges especially being next to the mall. Staff are lovely and show Aloha every time I come. I will continue to frequent this hotel in the future.

Rooms are dated. Hair in the bathtub when we arrived. furniture was dusty. No complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Vending machine on our floor was broken on our first night. Front desk staff gave me different answers for the same question in a span of 12 hrs.

Overnight at Ala Moana before a 10 night cruise to Vancouver was just perfect. We opted for breakfast included which was plentiful. We had dinner in there brew pub and the food a service excellent. Got a late checkout of noon and lounged around the pool until time to leave for the cruise port (late embarkation). Very good experience.

Walking distance to mall is always a plus. Only thing we don’t like was having to change rooms midway stay. Room next to us were always yelling, fighting and smoking pakalolo and the entire floor smelled of it.

All of the Ala Moana staff we came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. We had issues with our key cards not always working properly, but they would eventually work. Maybe some improvement could be made in that area

Look, everything in Hawaii is over priced. If they could, they would charge you to breathe their air. Best part of this hotel is that it is next door to Ala Moana shopping mall. Outside of that, nothing to get excited about.
