„The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.“

„We have been in this area for 5 years renting. Unable to rent our usual place do to ? changes in ownership. The rental was perfect for beach access, that’s why we rent this area. The bungalow needs a full length mirror, more beach decorations. Overall a great stay.“

„When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV.“

„This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read.“

„Wir waren 1 Woche im Lazy Lemon und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen. Der private Pool haben alles perfekt abgerundet. Die Nähe zum Strand und und zu den Bars war super. James hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und und bei Problemen geholfen. Danke dafür. Kleinigkeiten müssen im Haus verbessert werden, sonst ist das Lazy Lemon immer wieder eine Empfehlung wert. Wir würden auch jederzeit gern wiederkommen.“

It was great being minutes away from Clearwater beach as well! So if you’re looking for a rental that’s kid friendly, this one is it! „The place was very clean, comfortable . We liked that it was one level, no stairs. Love animals but have become allergic so No pet dander was a huge plus! The Set up of the cottage, pool area, walking distance to beach and the strip was very nice! I would definitely stay again! The only issues we had was that the toilet was not installed correctly. It was very wobbly! It made a noise when you sat down and even louder noise when you got up. Was tough trying to be quiet when our baby was napping ...

Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly.“

„We loved this little place. Two bedrooms were excellent with in room a/c and fans to keep us cool, the bathroom is dated, but worked for us. We loved the little pool, the short walk to beach, the ease of parking and being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We cooked and I made lemon caper chicken with relative ease using the provided cookware. They could add some more utensils and cups, but I assumed it’s hard to keep it stocked. We will absolutely come again.“
