POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 2-3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Driveway is an upsloping and shaded. 4WD (with snow tires) during the winter advised.
4. Boat trailers must be parked in the driveway. Most marinas offer boat trailer storage, but availability can be limited. Ask a Tahoe Getaways agent for a referral.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
