This single-story alpine oasis is flooded with natural light thanks to its open-concept design and vaulted ceilings. The soft blue accents throughout create a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace, and seamlessly connects to the dining area and kitchen. Here, you'll discover Lake Tahoe's oldest bar. So, whether you're soaking in the sun or arriving by boat, be sure to refresh yourself with the famous Chamber's Crush! To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park awaits; it's also reachable in about ten minutes by car or bike. It's an ideal spot for a sandy beach picnic, hiking trail exploration, or fishing by the waterside. When the ski season arrives, you'll find yourself just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres of groomed trails and pristine powder tree skiing. Alternatively, journey 15 miles to Palisades Tahoe, the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe. For added convenience, jump on the FREE public transit system and avoid searching for parking as well!

2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. 4WD is recommended during the winter months as travel in this neighborhood can be difficult during winter storms.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
5. Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.
