Welcome to Sunset Cove, your lakefront getaway on beautiful Lake Claiborne! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is made for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying life on the water.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the large back deck while taking in peaceful lake views. Swim or fish from the private dock, explore the lake by kayak, relax on the deck, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. Keep an eye out for hummingbirds, geese, ducks,deer, eagles and other wildlife that frequent the lake and surrounding area.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space with lake views, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, full-size laundry, and Smart TVs throughout.

Please note: The home sits above the shoreline on a fairly steep hill. Stairs lead from the house/deck area down toward the waterfront, fire pit, and dock. Guests may also walk the hill, but the ground can be uneven and may include loose rocks, leaves, and sweetgum balls. Please use appropriate footwear and extra caution when accessing the waterfront.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas, with the exception of the outdoor storage shed, certain locked interior cabinets, and the boat slip.

Other Things to Note

Four exterior security cameras: one monitors the front door/driveway, one the front south side of the property, and two monitor the back porch/yard and lake-facing areas. All cameras are exterior only. There are no indoor cameras. Audio recording is disabled.

Bring your boat! Lake Claiborne is great for fishing and recreation. Lisbon boat launch is approximately a 5-minute drive from the property.

Explore Homer: Downtown Homer is approximately 10 minutes away, where you'll find local dining, shopping, groceries, and other essentials.

Local dining options include Gonzalez Mexican Restaurant and Homer Seafood, along with familiar options such as Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and Subway.

Browse downtown shops including Vines Boutique, Michael's Men's Store & Sporting Goods, Nanapuddins, Time Travel Antiques & More, and Dusty Rose Vintage Finds & More.

For dining with Lake Claiborne views, visit Pleasure Point Marina & Grill, Port-Au-Prince, or Kel's Kove RV Park & Marina, approximately 20 minutes from the property. Be on the lookout for seasonal events, live music, and other activities around the lake.

Brookshire's grocery store is approximately 10 minutes away for groceries, drinks, and other supplies.

Lake Claiborne State Park is approximately 25 minutes away and offers hiking and biking trails, disc golf, swimming areas, and beautiful scenery.

Golfers can enjoy a round at the 9-hole Homer Golf Course, approximately 15 minutes from the property.
